Description of problem:
sos-3.2 contains a regression in the collection of "ip -o addr" data and the associated "ip_addr" root symlink:

How reproducible:
100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. run sosreport
2. inspect tarball/tree


Actual results:
No "ip_addr"

Expected results:
"ip -o addr" collected and "ip_addr" root symlink present.
