The python bindings for lvm do not persist LV tag add/removes.

How reproducible:
100% of the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a VG, get a LV of interest and add a tag
2. Close vg
3. Re-open vg & lv, tag is missing

Actual results:
Added/deleted tag did not persist

Expected results:
Tag add/delete operation persists
