Description of problem: Adding a new DB Backup Schedule does not save the URI settings

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new DB Backup Schedule
2. Save
3.Edit this schedule and notice that the URI settings are missing

Actual results:
Adding a new DB Backup Schedule does not save URI settings


Expected results:
Adding a new DB Backup Schedule should save all user entries

    Removed code that gets before/after delta - not reqd for Angular forms
    
    The removed code was also breaking saving a new DB schedule

Not fixed in 5.4.0.0.22.20150420163946_26004d1 .
