Tag Assignment dropdown values are displayed in bold (both customer tag and customer sub tag dropdown values)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Infrastructure ==> Virtual Machine ==> Select a Virtual Machine ==> Click on Policy ==> Edit Tags
2. Observe the Customer tag dropdown values

Actual results:
Dropdown values are displayed in bold

Expected results:
Dropdown values should not be displayed in bold

Good to go.  Verified and working fine in 5.4.0.0.22.20150420163946_26004d1.

Verified on FF, IE and Chrome in Windows and Linux machines.
