Description of problem:
Explicitly applying the byte-order patch on top of the xorg-x11-server-source works so long as it isn't already applied in the xorg-x11-server package.

To prevent a FTBFS situation, the patch should be removed from tigervnc once the fixed xorg-x11-server (1.17.1-8) hits the build roots.

* was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
