Description of problem: When diplaying clicking on a request in Service>requests
UI get an "Unexpected error encountered" with following message:

undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass [miq_request/show]

This is happening only for Service request and not for provisionning request. 
We have this issue during a PoC using services to deploy SCVMM instances.

How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Got to Servvice>Requests
2. Click on a Service Request
3.

Actual results: Error


Expected results: Request status
