Description of problem:
Currently editing bugs after a search involves loading other pages to edit the bugs. Add the ability to edit the bugs, including flags, on the search results page.

Additional info:
There is an upstream extension [1] that adds inline editing, it does not however support editing flags, so that will need to be added.

This was enabled to allow 1182800 to be tested.

Verified the issue.
The result is PASS.
version 5.0.2.rh2

Additional info:

Inline editing is supported in 5.0. But it does not support edit flag. QE will closed this bug and file a new bug to track the editing flag inline.
