Description of problem:
For each business process, user can define some "Error" in way of:
Process properties -> Definitions -> Error List -> Add

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
jbds-8.1.0.CR1_jbdsis-8.0.1.CR1 - BPMN2 Modeler 1.1.2.Final

How reproducible:
Create some Error in way of:
Process properties -> Definitions -> Error List -> Add

Actual results:
In Process properties -> Definitions -> Error List will be columns:
"Name", "Error Code", "Data Type" and again "Name"


Expected results:
In Process properties -> Definitions -> Error List will be columns:
"Name", "Error Code", "Data Type"
