100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add a foreman provider
2.Again add the foreman provider with the same URL but different name.
3.

Actual results:
Duplicate foreman providers get added.

Expected results:
Duplicate foreman provider should not get added.
proper validation for URL is required.
