Description of problem:
As of now user is able to disperse and distribute disperse volume types in the create New volume dialog box. Since ui does not support creating these volume types, ideally those should not be displayed in the dialog box.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ovirt upstream master.
2. Now add hosts to the cluster.
3. Now click on volumes-New

Actual results:
In the new volume dialog box in the volume types user sees disperse and distributed disperse volumes.

Expected results:
User should not seen these two volumes types since creating EC volumes are not supported from UI.

Currently, while creating a volume of type Disperse, an error is thrown that this is not supported.
We need to restrict the values shown in the drop down

Verified and works fine with build ovirt-engine-3.6.0-0.0.master.20150517172245.git089e126.el6.noarch.

Now user does not see volume types disperse and distributed disperse.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
