As a part of the current libreoffice rebase (bug 1205091), we will be rebasing libwpg to 0.3.0. That version is not API-compatible with the current 0.2.x, which means inkscape must be patched.

The patch was already used in Fedora 20.

libwpg-0.3.0-1.el7 is not in list of package on architecture ppc64
