Lucy - looks like we need to take a look at whether there is a create action under services, and see whether the syntax above is correct.

If not, let's make a note of it here so we can follow up on the implementation in the REST API itself.

All the incorrect examples have been fixed in the v2.0 of the REST API guide.  Once reviewed/merged you can grab them from manageiq_docs.
