Description of problem:

For RHEVM there are 2 subtabs: Default and C&U Database.  Documentation doesn't clearly describe how to setup CFME for RHEVM

Actual results:

In the Note, it describes setting up RHEVM for C&U collection.  However, the corresponding CFME side is not documented.

Expected results:

Add a section describing "C&U Database" subtab.
