Description of problem:

When a glusterd is staring, if there is a volume with tiering enabled, then it doesn't update the information like hot_type, cold_type, etc form the info file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a volume
2.attach a tier
3.kill the glusterd
4.start the glusterd
5.Check the gd_tiering_info structure from volinfo.

incorrect value in structure

I couldn't reproduce the issue in latest build. So closing the bug as current release.
