Example SVG diagram

Description of problem:
SVG files are not drawn properly when inserted via Insert->Picture->From file... Some elements may be shown, but horizontal or vertical lines will generally not appear.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.0.4.2-14.el6

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice writer; create a new document.
2. Select Insert->Picture->From file...
3. Choose the attached file.
4. Open the attached file directly via File->Open...

Actual results:
The drawing in Writer does not look like the one in Draw (opened in step 4.) A horizontal line below the text "Interface" is missing, and so is a vertical one up from the box marked User.

Expected results:
The drawing in Writer looks like the one in Draw.

Additional info:
May be the same issue as https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81564
Switching to a newer upstream version might help.
