Description of problem:
When using some public network in say Internet Cafe, Captive Portal seems breaking both Gnome X and Wayland Session endlessly and prompt to login screen.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get in login session 
2. Try to use a public network 
3.

Actual results:
Attemot at authenticating to the public network causes backtrace 

Expected results:
Access to public network runs fine

Add depends on related bug. Not sure if it can be considered as duplicate.

Closing this bug now that captive portal no longer caused crash.
