Steps to Reproduce:
1.double click the "Settings" icon.
2.
3.

Additional info:
F22 Beta installed on April 22. System is functional but after some weirdness with the wifi I was no longer able to get to wifi settings. Then discovered that the settings app would not launch.

Journalctl has one line when this happens
Apr 25 20:27:37 localhost.localdomain gnome-control-center.desktop[2508]: gnome-control-center: error while loading shared libraries: libwbclient.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is also occurring for me after I updated software today. Using the following in a command line will work around the issue:

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib64/samba/wbclient gnome-control-center

This seems to be fixed with https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1214973 samba-4.1.2-4. I had to download it directly from koji: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=630741
