Despite the fact user is able to perform queries on rich domain objects, JBoss Data Grid currently does not support querying of simple values (<literal>Number</literal>, <literal>String</literal> types).
This is a known issue in JBoss Data Grid 6.6.0. To workaround the issue introduce a wrapper class containing the simple value. The queries can be subsequently performed on the wrapper class itself.
