Description of problem:

Virtual machines with no VHD and therefore no VM XML file cause a SCVMM parse error

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM in SCVMM with no VHD
2. Add SCVMM provider to CF

Actual results:
No inventory is collected and log file shows parse error.
