Description of problem:
The following appears when installing with RHEL3 iso as well as RHEL3
beta update 2 isos.

When installing with kickstart on a blank disk so the installer have
to create several volume group, installation stop while tempting to
create the second volume group.

Trying the installation again works.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.remove all partition from the disk where to install 
2.perform a kickstart installation asking for at least 2 volume group.

    

Actual Results:  anaconda crash

Expected Results:  installation proceed

I can't reproduce this here with my hardware (not exactly the same,
had to tweak the actual devs and sizes of pv.01 and pv.02).  Does this
always happen foryou?

yes it always happen.
it seems to be a problem related to clearpart function.
This function was already bugged in RHEL 2.1 (as "clearpart --drives
sda" didn't only clear sda disk but all disks).
