Description of problem:

Satellite has had multiple issues pretaining to taskomatic. Resolved the memory errors by adjusting the heap settings. 

Looks to be encountering: Bug 1171950	VERIFIED	Satellite 5.6: Incomprehensible exception when there is error while connecting to DB

https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1290483 - he command rhn-schema-version throws the error "global name '__DB2' is not defined"

Need to see if this woud cause clients to not update? And see if it would also cause the preformance issues that we have been seeing?
