Description of problem:
CAnnot edit zone, the Configuration button is not present

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a new zone in Configure / Configuration
2. Try editing/deleting it

Actual results:
No Configuration button

Expected results:
Configuration button present with the usual choices
