Description of problem:
When user sets the end date as the same start date and time, scheduler displays an error saying "End by date cannot be equal to or before start date"

Once the user sets the date and time greater than the start date , the error is still displayed saying "End by date cannot be equal to or before start date"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a volume.
2. To create a snapshot and scheduler click on the scheduler tab after providing the snap name .
3. Now select the recurrence and click "ok"
4. There is a error called "End by date cannot be equal to or before start date"
5. Now select the date greater than start date.

Actual results:
Error is still displayed in  the schedule tab

Expected results:
Error should not be displayed in the schedule tab.

Verified and works fine with build ovirt-engine-3.6.0-0.0.master.20150517172245.git089e126.el6.noarch.

When user selects the correct end by date UI no more displays the error "End by date cannot be equal to or before start date"

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
