Description of problem:
Any accordion takes up approx 50% of the display after a width change.
It can be set to a lower width by mouse, but it is reset back to 50% when the user leaves and returns to the page.

5.4.0.0.24

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Control > Explorer
2. Resize the accordion
3. Visit the page again

Actual results:
The left-side accordion takes up half the size of the display.

Expected results:
The accordion's width should be ~300-350px and it should also remember the last width set by the user.

Verified fixed in 5.4.0.0.26 - 5.4.0.0.26.20150511144816_f924bd4.
