Description of problem: When attempting to install capsule, using only appropriate repos, install fails due to misisng dep in repo. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): GA Snap 3 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. install satellite and sync rhel/scl content, as well as repos for capsule 2. create appropriate content views/AKs, etc. 3. register system to satellite and attempt to install capsule.
