Description of problem:
In GNOME Contacts, I can 'Maximize' the Contacts window if I double-click the title bar. When Contacts is maximized, the title bar is missing and can't 'Unmaximize' Contacts to it's prior size because the title bar is missing.

Most other GNOME programs, LibreOffice, etc., works fine.

this is not present in 3.14

Fixed in GNOME 3.14
