As part of phase 2 of RHN Proxy installer rewrite, we need to have an easy way
to install RPMs without any configuration.

Wrap SSL tool as well? Or should that be part of the webUI configuration tool.

Maybe do this via provisioning?

why did you set sat-5.3.0+ ?
Do you understand it? I read it twice and still do not know what the description means.

This is a  needinfo? (taw).  My interpretation (which could be incorrect), is that he is basically asking for a CLI Proxy Installer.  Which we have now.  If that is not the case, then we need to have PM review it, which ironically is taw.
