Tracking issue upstream @ https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346768

Comment 2 Stefan Becker 2015-05-10 10:55:29 UTC
IMHO you are describing two issues.

Application session management doesn't work at all in KF5 (bko #346768).

The second issue is restoring window placement. This is probably upstream issue https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=341930

Comment 3 Stefan Becker 2015-05-10 14:14:42 UTC
On second thought: bko #346768 doesn't apply to xosview, because that problem only affects KDE applications. The only thing affecting non-KDE applications would be kwin's session managment.

Comment 4 Mark T. Kennedy 2016-04-09 14:20:20 UTC
I have a fresh install of v23 that *still* has no KDE session persistence. What's going on??

Comment 5 Fedora End Of Life 2016-07-19 19:08:06 UTC
Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
bug.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
