Description of problem:
When user tries to create  a non root geo replication session UI displays an Internal Engine Error.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a non root user.
2. create a group
3. Add the user to the new group.
4. Now click on Geo-Replication -> New

Actual results:
UI displays internal engine error.

Expected results:
Creating a non root geo rep should be successful.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, re-targeting to 3.6.1 since this bug has been marked as high severity

Non-root geo-rep related changes are now present in vdsm as well as gluster.

Tested with RHEV 3.6.2.6 and RHGS Nightly ( glusterfs-3.7.5-19.el7rhgs )

Able to create non root geo-rep session from UI.
