Description of problem:
This is normally should be in the settings.xml, but a product example set of planner should work out of the box (not production code), so should add the code snippet to jboss-planner-6.1.0.GA/examples/sources/pom.xml found in this article http://www.schabell.org/2014/04/redhat-jboss-brms-bpmsuite-maven-repo-config.html

How reproducible:
Broken out of the box, fixed by adding repositories to the project pom.xml as above.

Community doesn't have this issue, it's probably caused during productization (probably due Wolf rules), reassigning to Julian.
