Description of problem:

When messages from vdsm are received user have no ability to understand whether hooks failed.

We need to audit 'message' content when non-zero codes are return for all commands except:

GetAllVmStatsVDSCommand, VmStatsVdsBrokerCommand, ListVDSCommand and FullListVdsCommand. 

Actual results:
'Message' content currently not audited

Expected results:
When non-zero code received we should audit content of 'message' param.

ok, rhevm-backend-3.6.2-0.1.el6.noarch

tested with a before_disk_hotunplug vdsm hook which was returning '1'.
