Description of problem:

We are including an RPM of the modules in project Takora in 1.3.0 as a tech preview. 

No QE impact. This /may/ be mentioned by documentation if tech previews are itemized somewhere.

We discussed packaging https://github.com/ceph/takora as an RPM in a Copr repository on Bluejeans today. Let's set up a new Copr named "ceph-installer" for this and the dependent packages so we can get this going upstream.

Discussed at last week's program meeting and noted no QE testing was needed. 

Setting QE ACK to + so that this can move forward. QE let me know if you object.

This should not have been pushed, but we will handle it with an errata. moving to Z-stream, will discuss in sync meeting tomorrow and add to Errata shortlist.
