Description of problem:
Non-admin user with the 'view_tasks'  permission can't open 'Tasks' page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Create a role and add new filter to it of type (Miscellaneous).
Add the 'view_tasks' permission to the filter and submit.
Add the role to a non-admin user and login with that user.
Open Monitor tab - there is no 'Tasks'. Opening the URI path /foreman_tasks/tasks will also fail.

User can't open Tasks page and its not available in the UI.

Expected results:
User can open the Tasks page and see it in the UI.

set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.

Thanks for report, this will get fixed with the 6.1 release: New permissions: view_foreman_tasks and edit_foreman_tasks will be introduced for allowing this
