By deceiving a user to click on a crafted URL, it is possible to alter the 
configuration file being generated with phpMyAdmin setup. Versions 4.0.x
(prior to 4.0.10.10), 4.2.x (prior to 4.2.13.3), 4.3.x (prior to 4.3.13.1)
and 4.4.x (prior to 4.4.6.1) are affected.
