The candlepin message indicating a compliance event for a content host is sent for deleted hosts too. This case needs handling.

To reproduce: Unregister a hypervisor consuming a VDC subscription that has guests.

Verified in Compose7.  Unregistering content host consuming VDC subscriptions no longer seems to throw any errors in logs.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.

This bug was fixed in version 6.1.1 of Satellite which was released on 12 August, 2015.
