Description of problem:

  Currently RHSC packages are not available for RHEL7. So build RHSC packages for RHEL 7.

Note: We need this bug to merge the dist-git branch 'rhs-3.0-rhel-6' with branch 'rhgs-3.1-rhel-7'.

Small Correction in the bug description:

  We need Nagios packages for RHEL 7 not RHSC.

Moving to POST as the dist-git patches have been pushed for most of the dependency packages

All required nagios packages and dependent packages are built and build is made available for QE to test.
