foreman-debug
Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release. The installer is supposed to restart services during the upgrade: Upgrade Step: migrate_foreman... Upgrade Step: Running installer... Upgrade Step: Restarting services... Upgrade Step: db:seed... Upgrade Step: Running errata import task (this may take a while)... Katello upgrade completed! The full log is at /var/log/katello-installer/katello-installer.log so the user should not be required to do it again. If it turns out we do need an extra restart we should include that in the installer or at the worst case, update the docs. What version of java was present during upgrade? Does this error happen repeatedly? Are you able to do a katello-service status after upgrade? Is tomcat running? We have not been able to reproduce this error. If it reoccurs on 6.1.1 GA, please re-open. Thanks! |
