Description of problem:
Upstream lists ARM as supported (vfpv3-d16) and ARM64 as experimental, please enable the support in Fedora package. It's blocking e.g. hpl from building on ARM.

How reproducible:
Always

1. Check enabled arches

Actual results:
ARM is not enabled

ARM is enabled

I'd recommend using ATLAS on ARM since it's way more stable.

I don't have access to any ARM platform so that I could try out building and if OpenBLAS works. Not having the package is IMHO better than shipping a broken one, since AFAIK Fedora ARM can run on platforms where OpenBLAS isn't supported.

The armv7hl is basearch in koji builder. You can run any test/code in the RPM %check phase and iterate by using scratch builds. I am also ready to run any test code for you. AFAIK armv7hl is built with the vfpv3-d16 support, so it should work (according to readme), so I would give it a try in rawhide :)

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle.
Changing version to '23'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 23 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 23 End Of Life. Thank you.)
