Hi - 

This has been a bug, or feature, for some time - that 
the consoletools contains wrong Turkish font in Red Hat.
It doesnt properly show some of Turkish accents in console.

I have the proper Turkish consolefonts.. (12,14,16 weights).
Whom can I submit this?
