Docks app with "AutoLaunch = Yes;" in GNUstep/Defaults/WMState are opened twice

ps shows "wmaker --for-real=", when in F21 only "wmaker --for-real" without "=" 
where does "=" come?

I don't know what is going here. F21-package in F22 also is doing weird things.

Maybe gcc, with default std=gnu11, is the culprit.
