Description of problem:

No package kernel-doc is available.  No package provides "/usr/share/doc/kernel*".

How reproducible:

[root@localhost etc]# lsb_release -a
LSB Version:    :core-4.1-amd64:core-4.1-noarch

Description:    Fedora release 21 (Twenty One)

[root@localhost etc]# yum info kernel-doc

Additional info:

Similar to old bug 519246, but that was for an old rawhide, fixed, and closed.

We no longer build kernel-doc.  You can find the documentation online at kernel.org.
