Description of problem:

ISC is planning to deprecate the ISC's DLV Registry in the future. We got a heads-up update from ISC so we can cope with the change. Currently DLV is used by default in couple of components we ship in RHEL and the use of DLV is not currently covered by the documentation.

This is a tracking bug for coordinating necessary changes in RHEL-6 components and RHEL-6 documentation.
