Description of problem:
As mentioned in Bug #1223325, ISC is planning to deprecate their DLV registry in the future. Currently, the default configuration shipped with unbound has DLV enabled.

Currently the default unbound configuration uses ISC's DLV registry. This should be removed from the configuration.

1. inspect /etc/unbound/unbound.conf


Actual results:
The following line is contained in the default unbound configuration:
dlv-anchor-file: "/etc/unbound/dlv.isc.org.key"

Expected results:
The default unbound configuration does not contain:
dlv-anchor-file: "/etc/unbound/dlv.isc.org.key"
