Description of problem:
cdi-api use jboss-el-2.2-api but the alias javax.el:el-api:jar:2.2 was removed
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/jboss-el-2.2-api.git/commit/?id=625f33fe772354e9848d7e73035f0bfeab46273f
and maven build report this error:
Could not resolve dependencies for project ... the artifact javax.el:el-api:jar:2.2 has not been downloaded from it before.

- adapt to current guideline
- use mvn()-like BRs
- fix rpmlint problem in changelog entries
