Disable DRI3 by default

The external libraries, both in git, and especially shipping already
enabled in distributions, are buggy and lead to server crashes and
lockups. Caveat emptor.


fedora's intel driver currently explicitly enables DRI3 with configure option:
 --with-default-dri=3

* was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.917-9.20150520.fc22'
as soon as you are able to.
