Description of problem:
After selecting tags for host in Assign Tags and clicking OK, the selection won't save. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.6.0-0.0.master.20150519172219.git9a2e2b3.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a tag
2.Select host and use Assign Tags
3.Select tag you want to assign to the host and click OK
3.Open Assign tag again

Actual results:
All tag checkboxes are unselected and searching for host using tag won't find any results - the selection did not save.

Expected results:
Tags will be assigned.

Is that specific only to hosts 

I know that there is a UI bug that makes all entities behave like that ...
