Due to trousers package containing both the libtspi and the tcsd daemon the packages that link to libtspi (for example gnutls) pull the tcsd daemon and the dependencies such as systemd into constrained environments such as mock buildroots or containers.

I can help with the split as I am provenpackager if you're OK with me changing the .spec file.

I also fixed a FTBS due to incorrect usage of inline keyword.
