RPM building features seem to be fubared in rpm-4.0-0.32.

None of --rebuild, -ba, -bb etc. work, they just print out the usage note.

The major modes of rpm are moving to separate executables. This has already
happened for the build modes, executable is /usr/bin/rpmb, from the rpm-build
package.
