Description of problem:
[RFE] - Add the ability to generate a list of all proxies and systems subscribed on its proxy on spacewalk-report

Expected results:
 spacewalk-report proxies to list all proxies and systems registered via proxy.

FIxed to correctly handle proxies with no-registered-systems

'Correctly' in c#2 does not mean what I think it means.

Also, 'proxies' is a little ambiguous (since it includes proxies-and-their-registered-systems) - rename report to proxies-overview
