Description of problem:
The dnf(1) and dnf.conf(5) man pages have no FILES section.

dnf-1.0.0-1.fc22.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run "man dnf" and "man dnf.conf"
2.Check FILES section for info on where the dnf config information is stored
3.Fail to find it

Actual results:
Frustration

Expected results:
Mention of /etc/yum.repos.d/ and /etc/dnf/ in the appropriate section of the manual.

Additional info:
The config info for dnf is given in the body of the dnf.conf(5) page, however this is unnecessarily hard to find. Long-standing convention (see man(1)) is to have a FILES section for this kind of information.

man dnf FILES should contain at least:
/var/cache/dnf
/etc/dnf/dnf.conf
/etc/yum.repos.d/

man dnf.conf FILES should mention:
/etc/dnf/dnf.conf
/etc/yum.repos.d/
